BodySparkle Shipping Charges and Information
Shipping Charges-Updated 12/28/09
We use the US Post Office for shipping our products We have found them to be very reliable and cost effective over the years. The tracking works a little differently than UPS or FedEx. The package is not scanned each step of the way on its way to you. It does not get scanned until the package reaches your local post office.
Please be sure enter the correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Include Company Name or College Name in the Company Field (if applicable), Apartment number, Suite number, etc. Body Sparkle is not responsible for orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Many shipments are returned to us, or lost in the mail because of incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses. We charge a $1.99 (withing the US) shipping fee to re-ship orders due to incorrect address via first class mail. Orders shipping outside the United States with incorrect addresses will be charged the full shipping amount to re-ship order.

Orders $25.00 and over are shipped for free via first class mail.
This service is available only for orders shipping within the United States and it's territories, APO and FPO addresses. It takes approximately 2-10 days delivery, depending on your location (not guaranteed within 10 days). We provide tracking numbers and insurance for all first class mail shipments. This delivery time is approximate and is not guaranteed.

This service is available only for orders shipping within the United States and it's territories, APO and FPO addresses. Approximately 2-4 day delivery (includes insurance). Please note that these delivery times are not guaranteed, and may be longer during peak or holiday mailing times.

Express Mail-starts at $19.00 |
US Postal Service gurantees one day delivery to most locations, two days to others. You will be notified via e-mail of guaranteed day of delivery. This service is available only for orders shipping within the United States and it's territories.. If possible, we will ship Express Mail orders the same day order is placed, but that is not guaranteed. If you need your order expedited for a special occasion, please contact us via telephone or e-mail and let us know. Express mail shipments can be delivered on Saturdays at no extra charge since Saturday is a normal mail delivery day for the US Post Office. Please be sure to put a good contact phone number on your order so we can contact you with any questions.

FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery-starts at $35.00
Delivered to most locations in the Continental USA the next business day. Please be sure to put a good contact phone number on your order so we can contact you with any questions. FedEx charges $10.00 for any address corrections that have to be made. Customer will be responsible for these charges if incorrect address information is provided on your order.
Alaska and Hawaii may will have additional charges. Exact shipping charges for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be quoted before shipping order. If possible, we will ship a FedEx order the same day it is placed. If you need your order expedited for a special occasion, please contact us and let us know. Delivery by 10:30 am, next day is available for an extra fee. FedEx can deliver on Saturdays for an additional fee (usually around $30.00). If you need an order delivered on a Saturday, we suggest you use USPS Express Mail. FedEx does not deliver on holidays or weekends.

we do ship outside the USA. We use the US

Delivery takes approximately 4-10 days (not guaranteed within 10 days), depending on your
location. Delivery times can also be affected by the Customs procedures in your country. BodySparkle is not
responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are imposed on
shipments to your country.
We cannot track shipments outside the United States, but insurancec is provided on all shipments.
