Hello international friends! If you live anywhere outside the United States, please read the following page very carefully. Here you will find all the details regarding our International Order Payment & Shipping Policies.

Shipping Outside the U.S.

Orders Shipping Outside the United States can only be shipped to the billing address on your credit card statement! We will also need a copy of your credit card statement faxed to us at 847-526-9903 before we can process your order. Your credit card will not be charged until we actually ship your order (see details below).

We use the US Postal Service International Priority Mail Service. Delivery takes approximately 4-10 days, sometimes longer, depending on your location. Delivery times can also be affected by the Customs procedures in your country. BodySparkle is not responsible for any duties and/or taxes that are imposed on shipments to your country.

We cannot track or insure shipments outside the United States. Therefore, Body Sparkle cannot be responsible for shipments that are not delivered. We can provide a certificate of mailing for each international shipment as proof of mailing. Any claims regarding lost or damaged shipments, must be handled by the customer with the US Postal Service. If you need faster delivery, International Express Mail is also available for shipments outside the US. Additional charges will apply. If you would like your order delivered more quickly than International Priority, let us know an we will quote a shipping cost for International Express Mail.

International Shipping Charges

International Shipments to Canada or Mexico- USD$12.00

International Shipments to Countries Outside of North America- USD$14.00

We usually ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 2:00 pm are processed the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or US Holidays. If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will contact you immediately with an estimated ship date and give you the option of cancelling the order with full credit, or waiting until the stock comes in. We usually receive stock within 3-5 days and we do try to keep everything in stock at all times. We always send a free piece of jewelry with every back order. If you order multiple items, and one item is on back order, the entire order will be held and entire order will ship when out of stock item is received.

Payment Via Non-US Credit Card

All orders shipping outside the US must ship to the address on the credit card statement. Before your order can be processed, you must fax copy of your credit card statement/bill to us at 847-526-9903. If you feel uncomfortable doing this, please feel free to cross out any information you feel is personal. We are only interested in seeing the billing name and address, and the issuing bank name and phone number.Click here to find the telephone country code to the United States from your country. If you are sending a fax, you will need the country code.

We will call the issuing bank and verify the account information, such as name, address and telephone number. We will also call the phone number on the account to verify the order.

We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately, international on-line fraud is very common and we find it essential that all orders, domestic and international be verified. This is for your protection, as well as ours.

Checks and Money Orders

If you wish, you may also send us a Cashiers Check, or Money Order. These payments must be in US Funds. Please make your money order payable to BodySparkle.

When you choose check or money order as method of payment, after you submit your order, you will get an order form that you can print out and mail to us with your payment. If you do not have a printer, just write your order out on a piece of paper. Include the order number, your full name, address and telephone number (in case we need to contact you about your order. Please do not send any payments in without any contact or order information, or we will not know what to do with your payment. Payments must be received by BodySparkle within 10 days of the date of order placement, or we must cancel the order.
